ENQUIRIES & MAKING APPOINTMENTS

All enquiries about The Comfort Zone, including making appointments, are to be made by telephone only. | |

THE FIRST CONSULTATION
|
You will be required to fill out a consultation form prior to your first appointment. This is so I can rule out any contraindications to any of the treatments available. This also allows me to evaluate your personal needs, and make recommendations for both future treatments and homecare maintenance. | |

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
|
To ensure you get the appointment you want, it is advised that you book your next appointment before you leave. | |

CANCELLATIONS
|
Please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the missed appointment. | |

PAYMENT
|
Cash or cheques (minimum £10) only are accepted. | |
Maddy is currently on maternity leave. She is happy to refer you to Therapy
